The current, emerging body of speculation would have us believe that training barefoot can even help you recover from lower limb and spinal injuries while preventing injury recurrences.
Obviously, the effectiveness and usefulness of going barefoot seems to be worth recognizing. However, the scattered availability of information makes it difficult to decipher the reasons for it's effectiveness. if only to make matters more confusing, particularly to newcomers to barefoot life, it is not as simple as taking off those old trainers and heading out for a run.
